Calhoun Dean Lassonde to leave for Brown this summer

Stephen Lassonde, who has served as dean of Calhoun College for 14 years, will leave at the end of this academic year to take a position at Brown University. Lassonde, whose son is a Yale freshman, will become Deputy Dean of the College at Brown. He announced his intention to step down in an e-mail to Calhoun students on Sunday evening. In the e-mail, Lassonde said he is leaving his post at Calhoun reluctantly and that he greatly values his time as dean.
