In my opinion Mr.Shalek did an excellent job for the City,Yale and his ward 1 constituents..i wonder if this reaching out to students and getting them involved

With the end of his term as Ward 1 alderman, Nick Shalek ’05 will turn his seat on the board over to Rachel Plattus ’09, whom he advised to “listen, not talk.”
