Hungering for Naples? Look on, and for, Wall Street
The deeply scarred tables are still there, etched with the names of generations of students, as are the photographs of Yale on the walls.
But mixed in with the scent of baking pizza is the unmistakable aroma of fresh paint. And although the Naples name and shield still adorn the sign above the front door, “Wall Street Pizza & Restaurant” now dominates the famed pizzeria’s storefront.

Sad news? The place was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The Pizza was so-so at best. The rest of the menu was mediocre. If the new owner can turn it around, good luck to him. It has been needed for soem time now.
Maybe he could do Mory's next.

One change: apparently no more Naples Homebrew Ale.. too bad.. one of its redeeming features..

I still remember the horror of returning from winter break one year to discover that they'd painted over the dark wood paneling using some sort of vaguely southwestern sea foam and salmon color palette. It was never quite the same after that. Still ... this is sad news for a generation of Elis.
