Sept. memo reveals Peru concessions

According to memorandum of understanding, Yale would be free from legal claims on Inca artifacts

Some previously undisclosed terms of a memorandum of understanding between Yale and the government of Peru over ancient Inca artifacts represent more significant concessions from Peru than were apparent in the summary of the memorandum released last September.

Yale has zero moral right to claim any portion of these artifacts. They all belong to Peru and all should be returned immediately and without question. Hiram Bingham "discovered" nothing. He told the Peruvians what he wanted to see and they led him to it.
