BDs testify on attack in California

More than year after incident, lawyers for both sides trade barbs in court

Following two days of heated — and, at times, colorful — testimony in a San Francisco courtroom, preliminary hearings for the two men charged in the 2006 New Year’s Eve attack against members of the Baker’s Dozen a cappella group will likely conclude today in San Francisco. But not before some college drama surfaced first.

The verdict's in, all major charges dropped against two San Franciscans accused of allegedly attacking a group of girlie-boys from the half-baked dozen. A word to wayward Yalies -- stay the hell out of our City and our Neighborhoods, especially if you're coming to look for a fight! A proud Sacred Heart Alum!
