Briefly: For Drame, 25, a first time is not enough
Moussa Drame, 25, could not listen the first time. A New Haven police officer arrested Drame two weeks ago for the illegal sale of over 600 illegal CDs and DVDs, a city press release said. Drame had had a run-in with the cops a month before for loitering and selling “what appeared to be DVDs and CDs” out of his car trunk, the statement said. Drame received a verbal warning in August, but his car was towed later that day. In August, the car contained over 1,000 illegal CDs and DVDs, the press release said.
