As if the construction noise weren't bad enough…
By 9:30 a.m., the New Haven Fire Department has already responded to Branford College twice today. There appears to be something wrong with the exhaust in the kitchen that keeps setting off the alarm. The kitchen has been evacuated, and the fire marshal is investigating.
