In its last home game of the season, the women’s lacrosse team suffered a heartbreaking 7-6 loss to No. 17 Cornell, ending the Bulldogs’ chance of finishing the season at .500.
Captain and midfielder Taylor Fragapane ’09 got the opening draw control on Saturday against Cornell. Yale fought hard for a rally, but the Big Red pulled away at the very end to win 7-6.
