From the polls: Few voters at Ward 1 11.03.09
It's a slow day so far at the New Haven Free Public Library, the Ward 1 polling place, and moderator Michael Poindexter said he is not expecting it to get much busier. At about 9:40 a.m., a voter cast his ballot, one of only eight or nine so far, Poindexter said. "I'm a concerned citizen," said freelance artist and photographer Robert Klopp about why he chose to cast his ballot today.
