Tuesday's front-page article about Rumpus' settlement in a libel lawsuit quoted Yale Law School Professor Jack Balkin as saying Rumpus should be held to the same standard as other publications. Matt Baldwin '03 made that statement. The article also quoted Balkin as saying the problem with practical jokes is some people might not understand the irony of them. Yale Law School Professor Robert Gordon made that statement. The article called Balkin an avid reader of Rumpus. Balkin said he has never read Rumpus.
