Yesterday's article on the Kelo v. New London Supreme Court decision misstated New Haven Urban Design League President Anstress Farwell's comments by suggesting she was skeptical about an upcoming hearing in the Connecticut General Assembly. In fact, Farwell said she is optimistic about the special session.
