Briefly: City extends voting registration hours

City registrars extended hours for voting registration, the New Haven Register reported Tuesday. The office will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 28. During these extended hours, residents will be able to register to vote, change their addresses or names or hear any other requests. The office’s normal hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
