In the Briefly item “Psychologists’ organization weighs in on Ricci case,” an amicus brief filed in support of the city of New Haven was mistakenly described as an official statement by the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists. Instead, it was filed independently by several prominent members of the organization and is not necessarily indicative of SIOP viewpoints.
