The headline of the Briefly item “Carrion appointed to HUD by President Obama” misstated the position to which New York City Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion Jr. has been appointed. He will head the White House Office of Urban Policy, a new office created by President Barack Obama and one that is distinct from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
