Police have identified the homeless man killed in a car accident Friday night as Bryan Neff, 38. A vehicle struck and killed Neff at the intersection of Church and Center streets at 8:29 p.m. Friday. According to police, Neff sustained life-threatening head injuries and was pronounced dead at 1:45 a.m.
