Yale Farm pigs out

On a beautiful Friday afternoon last week, hundreds of Yalies gathered to enjoy the Yale Farm’s third annual end-of-classes pig roast. The event featured performances by several Yale music groups, including the Yale Precision Marching Band, which led a parade from the New Haven Green up to the farm.

Throughout the afternoon, visitors also enjoyed fresh-cooked pork with a variety of sauces, sides and drinks, and fun was had by all (except the pigs). Staff photographer Daniel Carvalho captured the music, the merriment and the meat.
