Bulldog’s sister wins first U.S. gold of Vancouver Olympics

Hannah Kearney, sister of men’s hockey forward Denny Kearney ’11, was the first American to win gold at the Winter Olympics, taking first place in the women’s freestyle moguls Saturday. Denny Kearney and his teammates followed the event online on their trip back from their own win over Cornell. “I’m just so proud because I know how hard she worked for it,” he said.
