Rudy's on the move

Rudy's, the long-time beer-sipping spot, is moving from its Elm Street location to new digs on Chapel Street, the New Haven Independent reports.

The restaurant and bar will reopen on Chapel in October, at which time owner Omer Ipek says he plans to have an expanded menu. It's still unclear when the Elm Street location will close.
