Mysterious graffiti artist strikes tomb

Banksy or no Banksy, our elusive graffiti artist has once again made his mark on Yale's campus.

His target this time? The storied and imposing Skull and Bones tomb.

The tomb's portico now reads "Believe in People," a variation on the artist's name on Twitter. The mystery man live-tweeted the event in 11 consecutive tweets from his iPhone beginning at 5:20 a.m.

A later tweet from 5:42 a.m. reads, "At front door. Open sesame."

This time, though, the stenciling is less ambitious — the tag kind of looks like three stickers someone with a ladder and lots of willpower managed to paste on the tomb's façade.

The same artist has previously tagged the wall near Mory's, a wall and door on Hillhouse Avenue near Dunham Lab, and William L. Harkness Hall.
