It looks like Harvard-Yale will be Four Loko's last stand.
Gov. M. Jodi Rell and Consumer Protection Commissioner Jerry Farrell said today that they had reached agreements with liquor distributors to stop the flow of Four Loko into the state by Dec. 10, the New Haven Register reported. Almost simultaneously, Kim Gainsboro, the head of the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, told the CBS affiliate in Boston that distribution of the alcoholic energy drink would be banned in the state on Monday.
