It was standing-room only in the Whitney Humanities Center Wednesday afternoon for a conversation on leadership between retired four-star Gen. Stanley McChrystal and Greg Mortenson. Mortenson, whose organization builds schools in Afghanistan, stressed the importance of empowering team members to achieve strategic goals.
