Illegal immigrants can testify

Lawyers for 16 illegal immigrants arrested as part of last summer’s raids in Fair Haven hailed a court decision Monday that will allow the immigrants to testify about the alleged unconstitutionality of federal agents’ methods in obtaining evidence during the raids.

Illegal aliens are not immigrants by any stretch of the imagination. That judge needs to be removed from the bench. Illegal aliens have no rights they are not supposed to be in the country at all.

Who is this Jane lewis? When you have people opposing our laws such as "Calamity Jane" I feel it may be time to investigate her. The US is full of new Socialist Democrats and special interest organizers whom betray our nation on a daily basis. Where is G. McCarthy when you need him?

Ah yes, let these victims of the Federal thugs testify how thier constitutional rights were violated. Never mind the glaring fact the beasts were enforcing Federal law. How dare we expect people to actually obey our laws? Not a legal immigrant or citizen? Mo matter, Yale Law will protect your rights just as every other nation grants rights to illegal aliens. OPen the borders and send the bill to Yale Law, they'll be more than pleased.
