After all the hoopla and hype over former British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s arrival on campus, seeing him standing, in person, three feet away is a little like meeting the Queen of England: Behind the fame and the British charm, they are human. At least that’s what the 25 students selected for his “Faith and Globalization” seminar saw this past Friday afternoon — a humorous, articulate man of average stature, wearing a purple tie.

How do you manage to recognise that Blair is British in the same sentence that you erroneously describe Elizabeth II as the 'Queen of England'? Please feel free to cite my monarch in such a vacuous cliche in the future, but at least try to get it right. You might try an honorific or two, also.

If I may gently interject to kindly question #1 Commentor: "R U for real?".
Your less-than-genteel admonishment of R. Kim (whom I don't even know) certainly, to the casual observer, was not commensurate to whatever minor faux pas was committed by this seemingly earnest Staff Reporter whose sincere intent, in my book, far supercedes any shortfall exhibited this instance.
