Briefly: Revamped management training programs to debut in the summer
University human resources officials are moving ahead in revamping management training programs. As part of the Managing at Yale initiative, officials already have completed a pilot class this month for each of two new multi-day management training programs, the Managing at Yale Essentials Program and the Great Manager Program, and plan to start the programs in July, Director of Organizational Effectiveness Elena DePalma said last week.
