Martin Rees should be referred to as Martin Rees, or Lord Rees, or Baron Rees of Ludlow, but not Lord Martin Rees. The form Lord FirstName LastName implies that he is the son of a Duke or a Marquess. Since he's a baron in his own right (according to Wikipedia), the proper form is Lord TitleName.
DGFaust should be ashamed. Larry Summers was the shiznit. She shoulda resigned in protest.
