Food Service Inspections Reports obtained by the News reveal that, at least when it comes to the little things, it may not be that clean after all. All 16 of Yale’s dining facilities received at least one citation during recent state public health evaluations. But Yale University Dining Services officials say that none of the violations poses a health risk to students, who say convenience trumps cleanliness anyway.
